Paula and Frank to Leave Beach Paula and Frank Schrader, residents of Pt Richmond Beach for over 15 years are in the process of moving off of the Beach. Soon Frank will be signaling to motorists in the vicinity of Dungeoness Spit to "SLOW DOWN!" as he walks along the side of the road with dog Mac. While Paul..la-la will be making friends with each and every living creature whether human, dog, cat, seal, (or grizzly bear) residing in the new neighborhood. Paula, Frank, we will all miss you!
